R. Keith Dixon
Keith Dixon is Artistic Director of the Bay Area Chorus and Director of Choral Activities at Kingwood High School. He has studied and performed under Robert Shaw and holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree in piano and voice and a Masters of Music degree from Northwestern State University, Natchitoches, Louisiana. Mr. Dixon has performed as member of leading Houston area vocal ensembles, including the Concert Chorale of Houston, the Bev Henson Chorale and the Houston Symphony Chorus and is in demand as a vocal clinician.
Betsy Cook Weber
Dr. Betsy Weber is Assistant Director of the Moores School of Music at the University of Houston. In addition to her administrative duties, she directs the select ensemble, Concert Women’s Chorus. She has served as Associate Director of Choral Studies at the Moores School and Associate Director of the Houston Symphony Chorus. Dr. Weber holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from North Texas State University, a Master of Music degree from Westminster Choir College and a Doctorate of Musical Arts in conducting from the University of Houston. Before coming to the University of Houston, Dr. Weber taught public school vocal music and was a founding director of the all district Spring Branch Boys Choir and also directed the Spring Branch Girls Choir.

Eduardo Garcia-Novelli
Mr. Garcia-Novelli is a native of Argentina. He holds a degree in music education from the "Conservatorio Manuel de Falla", and a degree in choral conducting from the "Conservatorio Juan José Castro", both in Buenos Aires. While in Argentina, Eduardo served from 1986 to 1994 as Assistant Conductor of the "Coro Nacional de Jóvenes" (National Youth Choir). As director of the "Belgrano Day School Senior Choir" Mr. Garcia-Novelli toured Chile, Uruguay and Great Britain and was awarded the first prize in two national inter-school choir competitions. Upon arrival to the US, he graduated with distinction from Westminster Choir College with a Master’s in Choral Conducting, and is presently a DMA candidate at the University of Houston and Associate Director of the Houston Symphony Chorus.
Judy McEnany
Ms. McEnany has taught for over twenty years at Lamar High School where she conducts the Chorale, Madrigals and Prep Choir, teaches Music History and Theory, and is chairman of the Fine Arts Department. She received a BA from Tulane and an MM from the University of Houston. She has served as Area All-State Audition Chairman, All-State Choir Organizer, and Vocal Chair for TMEA Region IX. She has served on the board of Texas Choral Director’s Association and has chaired the UIL State Vocal Sightreading Study/Pilot Project since 1993.
