Debussy chorus:  Sign up for comp tickets for Debussy Nocturnes tonigt and next week.  Discount single tickets (with or without your comp) may be purchased by all who are singing this concert by calling the box office: 713-224-7575.

Re-audition sign up begins tonight!!  Lists are posted in the hallway.

Re-auditions will be held on May 7 & 8. 

Who needs to re-audition this year:

1. continuing members who didn’t reaudition last year;

2. all provisional members;

3. all Grand Chorus members;

4. members who re-auditioned last year and were assigned to a one year audition rota.

5. Those who wish to be re-assigned to a different voice part.

If you are unsure whether you need to re-audition, this year please check the lists in the hall. 

Those singing the Mozart Requiem will be asked to sing excerpts from this.  Others may re-audition with a SHORT piece of their own choice; please bring music for the accompanist.

On-line Registration for Next Season Continues  So far about two thirds of the chorus has registered: have you??? Whether or not you will need to re-audition this year, you must complete this form in order to retain your active status in the Chorus.  This is the only way we can be sure who will be singing with us next year!  So please take a moment to complete the form, which you can find at: http://scarrow.polsci.uh.edu

If you don’t have access to the internet at home, you may register tonight between the two rehearsals at the computer in Jan Taylor’s office.
