**The later call means you need to allow extra time for traffic and parking: there will be much more traffic around Jones Hall and in the parking garage than there is when our call is 45 minutes before the concert.  We need EVERYONE to be on time for these warm-ups so that EVERYONE hears the final notes.**

If you need to borrow a dress or buy a chorus tie for this concert, please contact  wardrobe manager Patsy Wilson: scottypmw@Xalltel.net.

Lord of the Rings rehearsal schedule:

Tuesdays in June starting June 1, 7 p.m.

Piano Rehearsal (mandatory) Monday, June 28

Orchestra Rehearsals (mandatory) Tuesday & Wednesday June 29 & 30

Performances Thurs & Fri July 1 and 2.

Please let Susan know as soon as possible if your schedule changes and you are no longer able to sing this concert: this will make a big difference when Charles assigns singers to various divisi.
