JONES HALL SECURITY NOTICE
Because of a change in procedure, everyone who signs in at the security desk at Jones Hall will be asked to show a PICTURE ID. Please remember to bring this and have it out to speed up the process Also, remember to sign in back stage at our orchestra rehearsals (we don't get the security lists!)

Mexico City Registration Continues: Please Pick Up a Brochure if you missed this last week. Additional facts:
1) Continental Frequent flyer miles will be given for the Chorus flights. Please include your frequent flyer number on the registration form.
2) The return flight from Mexico City will depart at 12:20 on Monday, August 29, and arrive at 2:40 pm.
Credit card forms are now available on the table if you are planning on paying this way.
Re-Audition Sign Up Continues TONIGHT!!!
A list of singers and audition years is posted in the hallway. Please sign up for an appointment if you are listed as a "5" (as in, 2005). Those who aren't singing the CD may re-audition on a short piece of their own choosing (note the change). For those who are singing the CD, stay tune for an announcement about the cuts.
Re-Audition Cuts are on the back of this sheet.
YEARS OF SERVICE
Years of service pins will be awarded at our end-of-year ceremony on May 17. Years of service credit has been calculated for this season, and the results are posted in the hallway. PLEASE CHECK THESE LISTS!! If you have a question about your credits, please get these in writing to Susan before Saturday with any pertinent details (such as the year for which you think credit was mistakenly not awarded). A Chorus Council sub-committee will evaluate all questioned cases.
Chorus Endowment Campaign Ends TONIGHT!!
Donation envelopes and more brochures are available on the Chorus table. Donations received through TONIGHT will be acknowledged in the program insert for Nevksy and will qualify for the members' match.
PARKING VOUCHERS ON SALE TONIGHT AND NEXT WEEK!! Please see our friendly volunteer vendors. Vouchers cost $3 each, and can be used through 2005. Remember, parking meters run on Saturday mornings now, too, so for the Nevsky rehearsals and concerts there will be 5 "parking occasions". Exact change is appreciated.
