Travel News
Flights
1) If you are flying with the group, please check the lists in the hall for details about flight number, departure and arrival time (also listed below). Times may shift a few minutes in either direction, so please check here for updates.
2) If you are making your own travel arrangements, please sign up on the lists in the hall giving as much information as you know about flights and travel times. Those who have not yet booked their flights may try to coordinate plans so that people can share rides to the hotel. Also, please complete a registration form as soon as possible.

Room-mate sign up begins TONIGHT - SEE LISTS IN THE HALLWAY. No, we don't yet know which hotel we're using this time, or how much guest rooms will cost. We'll pass this along as soon as this is finalized.
Passport. Etc.
If you are traveling with a passport, it doesn't hurt to check to make sure that it is not expired or about to expire. If you are traveling without a passport, you will need a certified copy of your birth certificate, and a valid government issued i.d. (such as a driver's license).
