DISCOUNT TICKET SALES EXTENDED,
COMP SIGN-UP ENDS TONIGHT

Tonight is the last night to sign up for comp tickets, for both Pops and Messiah. Please note: Because the Pops Sunday matinee is now definite, you may sign up for (or change your previous request to) a Sunday afternoon comp. If you are purchasing tickets to be located with your comp, you must turn in your form tonight. Comps are available for Pops Thursday, Sunday afternoon, and Sunday evening. Messiah discount and comp tickets are available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoon.

For those who are purchasing tickets without a comp included, you may do so this week and next. Please keep in mind that Saturday night Pops tickets are EXTREMELY limited. Messiah participants may purchase discount tickets for Pops, and Pops participants may purchase discount tickets for Messiah. If you have questions, see Cheryl.

A NOTE OF THANKS

I would like for the entire chorus to know how grateful I am for the help of our Section Leaders and Chorus Council, especially Judy Hill, while I was on maternity leave. I could not have relaxed and enjoyed baby Caroline nearly as much, had the chorus not been in such capable hands.

FUND-RAISING OPPORTUNITY

We have been approached about putting together quartets or octets for Dec. 1, 7-7:30 p.m., at Memorial City Mall, and on Dec. 4, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., at The Galleria. A donation would be made to our tour
account, helping us prepare for our next tour opportunity. Please see Cheryl tonight if you are interested.

For the bargain price of just $18, you can own a high quality black folder, and never end up with a flimsy paper one again! You can sign up tonight with Tony Sessions, who will need the money up front. The order will be placed in about two weeks.

Tax Time?
Remember the Chorus Endowment

Last December, several chorus members did just that - they included the Chorus Endowment in their end-of-the-year donations.

We are pleased with such thoughts. While Uncle Sam will call the gift 2000, we will recognize these as the first of our 2001 campaign.

Be sure to identify your gift as CHORUS ENDOWMENT. We have special “chorus” envelopes at the sign-in table to make this easier. Thanks!
