September 21!
DRESS FITTINGS
If you are a new or returning female member of the
chorus, you will need to be fitted for a dress,
preferably tonight (although we will do additional
fittings next week). Please make out your $100 check
to HSC. You will need to pay the remaining $100 when
the dresses arrive, some time before our first Jones
Hall concert. (Feel free to pay the total $200
tonight, if you wish.) See Cheryl for more
information.

ENDOWMENT UPDATE
It is official: Our 2001-2002 season Chorus
Endowment campaign concluded in May, raised a total
of $14,500 – a new high, exceeding even our initial
50th anniversary campaign result! The number of
contributors was also up, and we’re proud of that,
too. Corporate matching gifts were healthy.
Congratulations! Thank you all! The Chorus Council
is busy planning the September 21 Chorus Workshop,
and looking ahead at other possible 2002-2003 season
Endowment –sponsored activities. We have made a
worthy start toward our goal of bringing the Chorus
Endowment to $100,000 at our 60th anniversary!
